Amla juice recipe and it's benefits



Amla, also known as Indian Gooseberry, is a superfood worshiped in Ayurveda for its incredible health benefits. Ample with Vitamin C, antioxidants, and other essential nutrients, amla can improve  immunity, improve digestion, and promote radiant skin. Amla is a winter fruit,in different different ways we can eat amla. So amla should take in your diet. 


Today I’ll guide you through a simple recipe to make amla juice at home and explore its amazing benefits.

How to prepare Amla juice at home

Ingredients


5-6 fresh amla (Indian gooseberries)

1 cup of water

1-2 tablespoons of honey (optional)

A pinch of black salt (optional)


Process 

First wash the amla thoroughly and cut them into small pieces, discarding the seeds.

Add the amla pieces into a blender with 1 cup of water. 

Blend until smooth.

After smoothing take a fine sieve  to strain the juice. 

Press to extract as much juice as possible.









 If you don't like sour test than you add honey for sweetness and a pinch of black salt for taste. Also you can add amla with green palak or coriander according your teste.

Pour the juice into a glass, add some water and take enjoy with fresh juice in the morning.

Tip

If you want to store the juice than you can store the juice in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
